Shaiban’s interest in real estate began years ago through his work as a Structural Engineer, where he gained experience in the design and construction of residential homes. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialty in Structural Engineering. His technical background gives him a valuable perspective on home construction, design, quality, and the factors that can influence a property’s long-term value. He also has firsthand experience as a rental property investor, giving him a practical understanding of real estate ownership and investment.

Professionally, Shaiban has built a successful career in leadership and management within the aerospace and automotive industries, including leading large international teams across multiple countries and cultures. His background in sales, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and client service allows him to approach real estate with a thoughtful, analytical, and people-focused perspective. His career has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, giving him broad experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.

A longtime Baldwin County resident, Shaiban has proudly called the Gulf Coast home for the past 17 years. He and his wife chose Baldwin County as the place to raise their four children and have built deep roots in the community. His years of living, working, and investing in the area have given him a strong appreciation for Baldwin County and the lifestyle that makes the Gulf Coast such a special place to call home.

Shaiban specializes in residential real estate, including homes, condominiums, and new construction, and enjoys working with buyers, sellers, and investors.
